Ultimately the planning commission tied at 4-4. Planning Commision members Dan Roach, Ed Yanos, Justin Curley, and Rachel Clark voted yes. Members Larry Brayton, Tom Green, Kenon Gray, and Dale Cole voted no. Member Olene Veach recused due to a conflict of interest as a lease signer in the project. This is over 2 hours of audio collected during the meeting. It is unedited. Unfortunately the final segment was not captured.
